Thinking about it, Arthur could remember what it was like as a child for him too...
His brothers constantly picked and bullied on him, just for being apparently the 'mother's boy' and tending to do the most well in academics. Even his younger brother joined in most of the time when he was old enough to speak, while Arthur had no choice but to distract himself through other means. It was why he tended to be really... shy, when it came to closer relations in general.
Gently placing the teacup back down on it's saucer, Arthur sighed before he looked up towards Kiku, tilting his head as he glanced at the youngest one indulging himself in the treats.
A hand ran through his hair.
"What the bloomin' hell are we supposed to do.." He muttered, catching himself from full on swearing in front of the children. But he had meetings, the feasts, things to attend to too...
And he really couldn't leave the librarian with them. They were his staff members in his right and it was his responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of every living thing (and some not so living) within these walls.
But how the hell could he manage it?

Kiku felt a tug on his sleeve as he looked at the younger of the two, and gave in within moments of the small boy's puppy eyes. What had gotten into him? He had gathered the boy in his arms again, the other eating happily whatever candy and sweets Kiku would pass up to him. He could care less about the small mess Matthew was making on his garments. At this point, all that went on in Kiku's mind was,
Awwwwww;; He felt his throat tickle, and pushed down a chuckle when Alfred shoved a chocolate frog in his mouth before the poor amphibian could even spell out the boys middle name.
Reality came back to him however, when Arthur quietly mumbled about his future plans. The other was the top o this academy, after all. He didn't have time to play around with two children. "......I could manage to keep them safe while you are attending your duties..I'm very sorry I brought you into this."
However, Kiku remembered that kids weren't very quiet and patient, or tolerable to staying in a old Library for what could be two days in a row. He kept in mind about the Gardens, perhaps he could take them there later..
...of course, with one other supervisor. Kiku cursed to himself for being absolutely useless in the parenting department. He wasn't gifted with taking care of children, much like how the other seemed to be.

Matthew yawned lightly and stuffed another cake in his mouth, chewing as he looked between the two. They seemed serious, but why?
Matt liked people to be happy, he didn't like frowns or worried looks. He paused and looked at the food in his hands and then very slowly up at the other. He watched as the other talked and waited. When he spotted a good moment he would try pushing the pumpkin Pasty into the others mouth.
That would make him happy for sure!

Al swallowed down the melted chocolate and glanced to Mattie, wondering what the young boy was going to do.

Arthur had shook his head at that.
"No, nonsense. They're my staff, it's ultimately my responsibility..."
A hand rubbed at his temples. Now he was getting to it, it had been an awful long time since Arthur had taken out any tme for himself..
There was a small gasp, and Arthur looked up.

"I do understand your position, but...well........you are the Headmaster." Kiku shrugged his shoulders, or attempted to with Matthew in his arms. The other adult probably would be able to manage to do something, come up with a schedule of sorts. Kiku furrowed his brows, he had gotten someone completely unrelated and too busy into a mess like this....it would be a GOOD reason to stay away from doing anything without asking for permission first. Not to mention staying away from the other man for a while.
He brushed the thoughts away, noticing that Matthew had stopped shoveling food into his mouth. Looking down, Kiku made a half-smile. "Something wrong?"

Matt looked up at him and shoved the pastry in his mouth.
"Be happy Mister Mommy!" he demanded.

Al giggled at the sight. The younger child was just adorable! Though Al couldn't imagine the man being happy at the action, so Al quickly hid his smile in his hands and tried to muffle his laughter.
He found it too funny, though, and ended up laughing full out before too long.

Arthur spent a few moments blinking towards the two, before he decided to remove Kiku of his misery, taking a few steps forward as he leant forward and scooped the young child up into his own arms, hitching him up to lean against his chest.
He let himself look at the child a little, before a small, soft smile lit his expression. He shook his head and tutted.
"Hey, Hey. That's rude. You should ask if he wants some first. It's not very nice to put food in other people's mouths like that."
It was funny how his tone changed.

All he heard was "Mister mommy!" before something sweet and mashy was crammed into his throat. "LSGJHKJDF-" Arthur picked the child from him as he grabbed for the nearest paper napkin.
Kiku wiped at his mouth quietly, trying to regain his breath by clearing his voice and coughing a little. "Thank you for the snack." He half-chuckled, swallowing whatever was left in his mouth quite forcefully. He wasn't angry, just surprised as hell. "It was delicious." He played a gentle smile on his lips at the other, before reaching for his tea.
...which made him pause for a moment, recollecting what Matthew had said to him before the pasty incident. "....Why am I mister mommy?"

Matt looked at the two with worry. The little gears in his head were turning. Had he offended his new friends already. His eyes were wide with fear as he rushed to apologize
"Sorry Mister Mommy, Sorry Mister Fuzzybear... You were just so sad looking that I though I would make you happy and since you look like a mommy and my mommy gets happy when I give her food I thought you would but you seemed busy so I thought I would just ... put it in your mouth?"

Al stopped laughing, suddenly realizing that he wasn't even being scolded for laughing. He pouted at that. Mattie was getting all the attention, but Al couldn't NOT like him.
The American wanted attention too, but it seemed like he wasn't going to get it here. Scowling, he slid of the desk and landed easily on the ground. He didn't hesitate at all to wander around. The first thing he stumbled on (literally) was pants, underpants, a wand, and leather strap of a wrist holster. Al smiled at the wand and picked it up, then continued to walk around. "If there's wands around and Arthur and the other one are wizards, then why didn't Mommy bring Tony too? I bet Tony would like this place. It's like a maze! I bet Tony and I could totally fly through it REALLY FAST!"
Al grinned and hopped in excitement before holding out his arms and running, pretending his arms were airplane wings and making engine noises "Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrbrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrbrrrrrbrrrrrrrrrbrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr"

The male's eyes widened as the child's explanation was burbled through, Arthur having to shift his grasp on the boy to keep him from overbalancing as he talked. There was a gently sigh from the elder of the two, before his eyes closed a little. He was still smiling, slightly.
He didn't know what it was. Arthur didn't want to know what it was and he'd probably deny it after all this had blown over... But he really adored children.
A hand patted and stroked against Matthew's back reassuringly.
"Shhhhh, it's okay, it's okay... Now, my name isn't Mister Fuzzybears. Just call me..." Arthur spent half a second trying to think of something for Matthew to call him. That other name was embarassing.
"... A-Ahah, Call me Arthur."
W-Well, he didn't know!

"I see..." Kiku mused quietly as Arthur introduced himself to Matthew. He reached over to wipe extra creme off the side of Matthew's lips. "My name is Kiku. It's nice to meet you." Kiku was about to continue when the older of the two children startled him by suddenly speaking. His shoulders jolted, before relaxing in an instant to cover up that he had been scared.
He really felt uncomfortable around children, no, people in general. Kiku decided that Arthur was well off with Matthew and vice versa, and turned to Alfred who was currently going off about someone called Tony.
"Tony? Who's that? Is he your Flying buddy?" Kiku asked, trying to give his attention to the other who, after some thought, realized that he'd been neglected because of lack of...happenings. Not that it was a bad thing. Wasn't a good thing either. But being neglected wasn't fun unless you chose to be lonely by your own. Like him...or did he?

Matt smiled "Okay Awthaw! Kikwo" He smile up at the other. It seemed like Arthur was going to help him more though so the young boy turned to him. "Where are we?"

Al stopped and looked at the man who said his name was 'Kiku'. "Nope! Tony's the broom dad made senti- senshi- smart for my fourth birthday! He's awesome! He flies on his own, and he never throws me off, and he always, always makes sure I don't get hurt!" Al ran back to the desk.
"He's an old cleansweep 1. Dad says that if I can get on the Quidditch team at Hogwarts, he might get me a newer broom, but I'm not sure if I want one, I REALLY, REALLY like Tony. Tony's my absolutest bestest friend! I don't have many, 'cause It's just me and Mom and Dad and Tony at our house, and the kids at the playground down the street say I'm stupid for saying Dad's a wizard and Lupe had to move to Spain, so I don't see her enough and- and - And Tony's always so awesome!" Al's head was bowed towards the end, but snapped up when he repeated that Tony was awesome.
"Oh! And I found this wand on the floor. You should give it back to the owner." Al held up the wand he had found - not knowing that it was his own. "And there were pants and boxers with it too. and this leather harness-thingie."

Arthur resorted to leaning against the desk, turning around so he could watch the two other figures. He watched them a little expressionlessly for a moment, before he look down at the young child a moment later.
He smiled, and subconcsiously wiped away some of the crumbs on the corner of Matthew's lips. Goddamnit, you're going soft..
"We're in the library, Matthew~ With lots of books full of amazing things~"
Being a Ravenclaw, he'd always had the obsession since he was old enough to read. He tended to forget some people weren't as interested in reading as he was, which is why he spent most of his studenthood sitting by the lake while Francis and Gilbert and Antonio just rolled about doing.. mischief. Arthur had never felt like he'd do it, but he did tend to get caught up himself at times when he was persuaded enough.

"I see..I envy you, I was never good at flying myself." Kiku chuckled as he gazed at the wand. He couldn't say that the other was actually 19, and a FLYING PROFESSOR. That would cause severe..mentality issues. So Kiku resorted to taking the wand quietly and thanking him. "I'll be sure to give the wand to his rightful owner, thank you."
"Tony huh.." He glanced at the Brit, not knowing when to break it to the kids that they were in Hogwarts, and were going to be there for the next two days. Maybe it was better to leave it to the other to tell of the news. The children seemed attached to him more.

Matthew looked at Arthur like he had grown two heads. Did this guy really think he was that stupid? He knew what a library was. The child twitched, becoming anxious and irritated and by extension cranky. "I know thawt." he muttered "But this isn't my town libwawy. " He thought for a second about something and then his eyes widened comically and his hand grip the others robes "T-though mommy said you had to have a library card to go into the library and I-if I didn't have one specific one t-the WIBRRIANAN would eat me. " He looked up his face frozen in fear.

((21. Al's actually 21 here.))
Al paused awkwardly. Kiku seemed lost in thought in the middle of their conversation, and it left a trail of silence. After a few moments, Al decided to ask Kiku questions.
"What are your friends like? Are they nice? Do you have a lot, or just a couple like me?" He tried looking as cute as he could, even when he heard what Mattie said.
Some thought echoed strangely in his mind 'I'm glad I get to see this, he's so happy right now. He was always so quiet in school and more so after...' Al blinked. Now why had he thought that? There was no way that he could have met the tiny boy at school.
