Right outside the dungeons, where the potion classes are traditionally held, a huge bulletin board made of oak, ornate in gold and silver, not to mention bas reliefs of cherubs fluttering throughout the said object, hung brilliantly.
Enclosed in the bulletin board were seven sets of parchment papers, all having a familiar elegant French scripted handwriting. Each year could only view the parchment corresponding to his or her year. But before each student could even take a peek on the seven parchment papers, one must first take look at the magical scripts written above them all.

POTIONS
Bonjour my dear students,
Written on these are your course outlines. This will hopefully save you the trouble of predicting what will be coming up on your exams and me the hassle of making lessons the night before class.
Each lesson has an assignment which will be handed immediately the next meeting. I expect prompt submissions if not, this will affect your grades most especially if you are aiming for top grades for your O.W.Ls and N.E.W.Ts.
I am hoping to a wonderful semester with you all~
Sincerely,
Professor Francis Bonnefoy
