This room is a rather large, open space, with an enormous arched window taking up most of the back wall and various other, smaller windows dotted along the left and right, while on the front wall hangs an enormous flag of black and white design. An obsidian eagle with a golden crown and flared wings has been sewn into the material, boldly stating that the albino who works here is Prussian, and proud to be one. Desks are set up at either side of the room, facing each other and leaving a walkway from one end of the room to the other, presumably so the proud Professor that teaches these classes can stalk up and down with a lot of space and show off. A small, wooden, spiral staircase at one side of the room heads upwards to a thin walkway which weaves its way through the eaves and thick beams to the storage places of odd little mechanisms, and shelves full of dusty books and scrolls.
At the head of the Transfigurations classroom sits a rather large, easel-like board made entirely of glass. Silver, glittering words etched upon its surface read, in elegant and yet somewhat scratchy script -
'Sup kids, this is the board to look to when I tell you you've got Transfigurations homework! Not that there'll be all that much since a lot of my classwork is practical, but for you lot doing O.W.Ls and N.E.W.Ts, be prepared for quite a few essays. Maybe. For every paper handed in to me that actually meets my awesome standards, you'll get five points toward your house! Amazing of me, huh? Extra credit's personal so chat to me if you want some, etcetc, and make sure your work is handed in on time! I hate getting stuff late and I'm more likely to use it as kindling for the fire than actually read or mark it. Don't just scribble it all out and make it messy, either, or I'll throw it back at you. It's easier to read writing that doesn't look like a werewolf wrote it.

- Occasionally, the words upon the board may change or be added to, as the Professor thinks up more things, notices any mistakes, or adds homework to the lists. It'd be best to keep an eye on it, should you be a student of his class. The doorway leading out of the classroom is near the back of the room, set in the left corner. Tacked on the wooden face, facing outward into the hallway beyond, is what appears to be a class syllabus, which gives brief descriptions of what each Year will study, and the exams they face at the end of it all.
