Hello everyone!
In order to keep roleplays nice and organized, we have decided to impliment a system for you guys to use to please use when creating your titles.
They may be put either before or after an actual title.
The tags:
[Open: All] - Self explanitory. Please put this in your topic if the roleplay is open to everyone, and the roleplay will also be made into an announcement!
[Open: Group] - Specify in an OOC comment at the top of the roleplay if this is open to a certain target group of people, such as open to all teachers, prefects, fifth years, or etcetera. Alternatively, you may use [Open: Teachers] or [Open: Fifth Years] or something to that effect, but if it makes the title go over the character limit, 'group' is fine.
Roleplays in the password-protected common rooms only need the [Open: All] tag.
Open roleplays should not be created when you're intent on looking for one on one roleplays. Please plan ahead in a thread in the Roleplay Request board.
[Closed: Group] - This should be used when a predetermined group of people have decided on a roleplay. Specify in an OOC comment on the first post listing the people allowed. They do not need to be all from a same catagory like the Open Group tag does.
[Closed] - Please use this tag for closed, one-on-one roleplays. Once again please specify in the first post who the thread is locked to.
In addition, please use one of the following if it applies:
[M: S] - For mature, sexual content. We'd like to try to keep this to a minimum if possible.
[M: V] - For mature, excessively violent content. Gore and blood and such.
If a roleplay contains both, [M: S,V] or [M: V,S] is fine.
PLEASE, if a roleplay develops into sexual content or violence, relabel the topic when the situation comes around.
When you have finished a roleplay, and the closing is mutual on the parties involved, please change the tag entirely to:
Finished
An administrator will then lock the thread.
Please change all current roleplay topics to adhere to this system!
If it's seen that your topic is labeled wrong, an administrator will come about and change it unless it's not specified who is allowed in the thread. In that case, an administrator will PM you and request you change it.
Thank you and have fun everybody!
